Spring Sunshine

What gorgeous weather we are having and how great to be able to walk from Ogmore Castle across the cliffs and eventualy drop down into Dunraven Bay, eat our packed lunch , around Dunraven castle ruins and hike back across the cliffs.....wonderful day..wonderful company to share it with. We did a bit of larking about on the flat stones the sea has carved out of the cliffs. They are a natural ampi theatre so I and annamarie thought we could try it out,climbed down and sat in the giant stone arm chairs and we called out a special thanks to God for a wonderful day.........Once home I have not stopped coughing and spluttering my chest has hurt for two days and I feel impatient cos the sun is shining, dont mind being ill when its raining and cold but please not now the sun is out. Am I on my own with this thought??//
